Select Model Management
With an ambitious timeframe, and numerous globally spread stakeholders to engage with, we quickly established the key brand assets that needed work first. With seven local agencies requiring to be rebranded to Select, we needed to find a way of communicating the global nature of the agency but without losing the local-expertise of each individual office.
Early on we realised that the key to the success of the project was the communication strategy with Select and MP’s clients, employees and wider stakeholders. We designed and produced a series of campaign assets, including an animated showreel, an Instagram and email campaign. These assets were all directing users to a microsite that we developed that explained the upcoming merger and rebrand, building excitement and informing the right people at the right time.
Following the announcement phase of the project, our attention quickly turned to the digital platform. Select London were not only moving all their image assets and portfolios onto the model management software that MP were currently using but we also needed to update the look and feel across the existing MP website to the new visual identity.
Utilising the learnings from working on the original MP project, and partnering closely with the model management software company, we very quickly designed, built and migrated the new site. Built using React.js and WordPress API (Multi-site), with Advanced Custom Fields - the site is robust and easy to use for the globally dispersed team.
